abstract The present invention relates to a cold plasma and low level laser fusion patch for local wound treatment, and more particularly, to a drug applied to the patch through skin stimulation by visible light, infrared light, plasma ions, and active species generated from plasma. Not only can the skin penetration effect be increased, but by irradiating a low-level laser on the skin, it is possible to promote skin regeneration, improve inflammation, and expect the effect. Furthermore, it is used on the entire body area such as the neck, waist, arms, and legs. The present invention relates to a cold plasma and low level laser fusion patch for local wound treatment that enables wound healing of the skin.
