The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, ameliorating or treating infectious diseases of non-tuberculosis mycobacteria, and the compound represented by Formula 1 of the composition according to the present invention is used alone to protect host cells, for example macrophages. It can very effectively inhibit the growth and proliferation of infected non-tuberculous mycobacteria. Furthermore, unlike existing tuberculosis treatments that directly inhibit the TCA cycle of non-Tuberculosis mycobacteria, it inhibits the glycolysis (glycolysis or sugar metabolism) of large phagocytic cells to activate antibacterial activity. When used in combination with a therapeutic agent, it can exert a synergistic effect in inhibiting the growth and proliferation of non-tuberculous mycobacteria. |
