abstract |
The present invention relates to a novel composition capable of enhancing the efficiency of a breast cancer therapeutic agent, and more specifically, an anticancer agent by inhibiting the expression of the Shwachman-Bodian-Diamond Syndrome (SBDS) gene. It relates to a composition capable of enhancing the efficiency of inducing apoptosis against resistant tumors. By providing the composition for improving the efficiency of the treatment for breast cancer according to the present invention, the treatment efficiency of the anticancer agent is dramatically improved in the treatment of breast cancer in which the sensitivity to the existing anticancer agent is low or the efficacy of the anticancer agent is not well displayed. It is expected to be very useful in treating breast cancer, which is an incurable disease. |
