abstract The pretreatment desulfurization method of ship fuel oil using the present invention pretreatment desulfurization agent is: (a) SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 , Fe 2 O 3 , TiO 2 , MgO, MnO, CaO, Na 2 O, K 2 O and P 2 O At least one oxide selected from the group consisting of 3; (b) at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Li, Cr, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Sr, Cd and Pb; And (c) sodium tetraborate (Na 2 B 4 O 7 10H 2 O), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), sodium silicate (Na 2 SiO 3 ), and at least one selected from the group consisting of hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2) To prepare a catalyst for pretreatment desulfurization comprising a liquid composition, and inject the pretreatment desulfurization agent into a fuel supply line of a ship engine to which ship fuel oil is supplied at a certain ratio to the ship engine in a state in which the ship fuel oil and the pretreatment desulfurization agent are mixed. By being supplied, it is characterized in that the sulfur oxides are adsorbed and removed during the combustion process of the mixed fluid.
