titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of beverage and tea bag for pets
abstract In the present invention, the manufacturing process is relatively simple, and it is economical by lowering the manufacturing cost by manufacturing beverages and tea bags for animals using fermented puer tea having antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, as well as the function of helping intestinal health and in particular removing deodorization and odor. It provides a method of manufacturing beverages and tea bags for animals that can reduce the amount of water and provide two functions of animal health and defecation odor removal at the same time. In the method for producing beverages and tea bags for animals of the present invention, rice straw, which is known to contain many Bacillus bacteria (Bacillus bacillus), is immersed in water at 20 to 30°C to cultivate Bacillus bacteria for 15 days. Bacillus liquid bacterium formation step to form B. Bacillus liquid bacterium 15% by weight and 85% by weight of fresh puer tea leaves are uniformly mixed and heated to a temperature of 50 to 60℃ and air is supplied to ferment the puer tea leaves for 30 days. An animal containing a puer tea extract by adding the dried puer tea leaves to water and heating at 90-100° C. for 24 hours to extract the puer tea leaves, including the step and drying the puer tea leaves fermented in the puer tea leaf fermentation stage. A beverage for use may be prepared, and the dried puer tea leaves may be pulverized and packaged in a tea bag filtering bag to prepare a tea bag for animals.
