abstract The present invention relates to a peptide FNIN2 that inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells and uses thereof, and more particularly, a peptide having cancer cell proliferation inhibitory activity consisting of an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 or SEQ ID NO: 2, the peptide is effective. It provides a pharmaceutical composition for enhancing the therapeutic effect of an anticancer agent contained as an ingredient, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer comprising the peptide and an anticancer agent as an active ingredient. Since the peptide has excellent cancer cell proliferation inhibitory activity and can enhance the anticancer activity of an anticancer agent, various cancer diseases such as pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, and lung cancer can be more effectively prevented or treated by co-administering the peptide and an anticancer agent.
