abstract | In the present invention, a composition for promoting bone differentiation of stem cells comprising 6,8-diprenylgenistine as an active ingredient and a method for promoting bone differentiation of stem cells using the same are disclosed. The composition for promoting bone differentiation of stem cells according to the present invention has a remarkable effect of promoting the differentiation of stem cells into osteoblasts, compared to conventionally known promoters, and is very useful when attempting to induce stem cells into osteoblasts. Therefore, the composition for promoting bone differentiation of stem cells according to the present invention can be used as a preventive and therapeutic agent for bone defects by inducing bone differentiation of stem cells. |
