Artificial esophagus scaffold and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a tubular artificial esophageal support including an inner layer having a structure that mimics an extracellular matrix and an outer layer in which microfibers are arranged in a diagonal line, and a method of manufacturing the same. Since artificial esophageal scaffolds can be easily mass-produced using electrospinning and/or 3D printing techniques, and can significantly increase the success rate of esophageal transplantation, they can be applied to various diseases requiring esophageal transplantation to significantly increase the therapeutic effect. I was able to confirm that I could do it. |
