abstract The present invention relates to a zirconia preformed crown for tooth restoration that is manufactured by injection molding and sintering, secures a color tone by an immersion method, and forms a dense structure through isostatic heating. The present invention is a step of molding zirconia powder with 3 to 5% yttria added by injection method, a pre-sintering step of sintering and degreasing the zirconia powder, a first cooling step of cooling, and a two-step heat treatment of heat treating the cooled pre-sintered body. It characterized in that it comprises a step and a cooling step of cooling, the step of immersing and drying it in an aqueous metal chloride solution, the step of secondary sintering and cooling it, and the step of isotropic pressure sintering. Accordingly, it is possible to manufacture an aesthetic zirconia preformed crown that is close to natural teeth, and provides an effect of securing a production volume capable of mass production.
