The present invention relates to an integrated digestion and treatment apparatus for livestock manure, comprising: a pretreatment unit that collects and stores mixed substrates for pretreatment, a thermal hydrolysis unit that solubilizes a mixed substrate by thermal hydrolysis, and decomposes the mixed substrate in a single-phase digester. An anaerobic digestion unit that generates biogas from organic waste resources and digests it by microorganisms, a post-treatment unit that stores the digestion filtrate and dehydrates the digestion filtrate into a dehydration cake and dehydration filtrate by centrifugation, and a dehydration filtrate. It characterized in that it comprises a wastewater treatment unit, a biogas purification unit for purifying by removing impurities contained in the biogas, and a biogas utilization unit utilizing the purified biogas. Therefore, the present invention can reduce the total nitrogen concentration entering the digester by 75% or more through the dehydration of livestock manure and sewage debris during the substrate pretreatment process. It provides a stable anaerobic digestion effect by removing the effect on the anaerobic digestion methanogenic bacteria in advance. |
