The present invention relates to a transdermal drug delivery composition using a polymer micelle and a skin-penetrating peptide with respect to an ethanol extract of red pine leaves containing a poorly soluble component, and more particularly, with respect to an ethanol extract of red pine leaves containing a poorly soluble component, dehydroabietic acid. A transdermal drug that solubilizes poorly soluble components using polymer micelles, PCL (polycaprolactone)-PEG (polyethyleneglycol), and increases the transdermal permeability by containing the skin-penetrating peptide arginine oligomer (hexa-D-arginine, R6). Provides a delivery composition. |
