In the context of a major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule, a binding molecule that recognizes or binds to a peptide epitope of a cancer antigen expressed in cancer cells, etc., including cells infected with human papilloma virus (HPV), or contains an HPV DNA sequence, and/or Binding molecules such as those that recognize or bind to a peptide epitope of HPV 16 E6 or E7 are provided. Among the provided binding molecules, it relates to a T cell receptor (TCR) or antibody (including antigen-binding fragments thereof) that binds to or recognizes a peptide epitope. The invention also relates to engineered cells comprising such binding molecules, such as TCRs or antibodies (and chimeric antigen receptors comprising the antibodies), and their use in adoptive cell therapy. |
