The present invention relates to a pharyngeal reflux disease mouse model and a method of making the same, using the pharyngeal reflux disease mouse model of the present invention, reducing the concentration of soluble E-cadherin fragments in saliva, increasing the expression of E-cadherin in the pharyngeal mucosa and increasing the expression of the pharyngeal mucosa. It is useful for screening for treatment of pharyngeal reflux disease through evaluation of MMP-7 expression reduction. |
