titleOfInvention | Mass production method of luteolin |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for mass-producing luteolin, and the method for mass-producing luteolin according to the present invention includes luteolin 7- O -β- D -contained in a chrysanthemum extract through a fermentation process by inoculating a microorganism into a chrysanthemum extract. By bioconversion of glucoside (luteolin 7- O- β- D- glucoside) to luteolin, it has the effect of mass production of luteolin, a flavonoid-based compound, from chrysanthemum, a natural material. Accordingly, it is expected that the mass production method of luteolin according to the present invention can be usefully applied to related fields of domestic natural material use and food and drug development. |
