The present invention relates to an oral tablet suitable for an active pharmaceutical ingredient comprising a particle population, wherein the particle population comprises direct compressible (DC) and non-direct compressible (non-DC) sugar alcohol particles, and the non- DC particles provide a plurality of distinct non-DC regions to the tablet, which non-DC regions induce saliva production upon chewing of the tablet. |
