titleOfInvention | Fusion tag for preparing protein or polypeptide |
abstract | An embodiment of the present invention relates to a fusion tag, a fusion polypeptide comprising the fusion tag and a target polypeptide or a target protein. If the novel fusion tag according to the present invention is used, the yield of the target polypeptide (recombinant polypeptide) or the target protein can be improved compared to the conventional fusion tag. In particular, it is useful in the case of producing a target polypeptide having a relatively small molecular weight and easily degradable amino terminus by using a gene recombination technique. In addition, the fusion polypeptide comprising the fusion tag according to an embodiment of the present invention is protected from proteolytic enzymes of the host cell by inducing expression in the form of an inclusion body in the host cell, thereby stably producing the target polypeptide. There is an advantage. Therefore, it is possible to provide a method for producing a recombinant peptide having improved stability and yield compared to the case of using a conventional fusion tag. |
