abstract | The present invention relates to a functional rice containing red ginseng material and a method of manufacturing the same. The method for producing functional rice containing red ginseng material of the present invention is a first step of preparing a fermented product by fermentation after mixing water, red ginseng material, collagen, and enzyme, and after adding alcohol to the fermented product, it is compressed and extracted. A second step of preparing an extract by mixing, a third step of preparing a mixed solution by mixing and adding salt to the extract, and a third step of preparing a mixed solution by spraying the mixed solution into rice to penetrate the mixed solution into rice and drying it to produce functional rice. It is characterized by including 4 steps. According to the present invention, there is provided a functional rice containing red ginseng material that prevents cracking of rice and also has a functional component of red ginseng, and a method for manufacturing the same. |
