abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for screening a therapeutic agent for a condition related to decidualization occurring in a microgravity environment, and the expression of FOXO3a protein and the degree of autophagy activation of endometrial stromal cells (hESCs) in a virtual microgravity environment are reduced, and thereby the uterus It was confirmed that the endoplasmic reticulum decreased cell stromal cells and migration, and consequently inhibited decidualization.
