The present invention relates to a microcapsule containing yeast cells from which the ingredients are separated and remaining, and to a method for producing the same, and to use thereof. The method for producing a microcapsule of the present invention is a process of hydrothermally treating yeast cells to release the contents of the yeast cells to the outside of the cells, and the contents of the contents are separated to prepare remaining yeast cells. The first active ingredient is used, and a step of encapsulating the second active ingredient is included. However, the acid treatment is not performed on the yeast cells remaining after the content ingredient is separated. |
