titleOfInvention Method for eliminating heavy metal in seaweeds using eco-friendly carrier
abstract The present invention uses an eco-friendly carrier formed by mixing and molding rice bran mineral crystal powder and zeolite powder and then firing after natural drying to remove arsenic from the origin of seaweed. Chemicals and foreign substances are not added in the food processing process, and installation and management are simple compared to existing arsenic treatment technology, and it is economical, eco-friendly, and highly efficient to remove arsenic, and does not damage the original characteristics. The present invention relates to a seaweed processing method in which arsenic contained in seaweed is removed by using an eco-friendly carrier that can eliminate the concern about deterioration of product value. A preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of (a) washing and dehydrating after being soaked in water in a tank equipped with an eco-friendly carrier molded and fired from rice bran mineral crystal powder and zeolite powder; (b) mixing and molding rice bran mineral crystal powder and zeolite powder, drying naturally, and then sintering, adding water and washed raw herbs to a steamer formed therein and heating; (c) drying the raw grass from which arsenic has been removed; comprises.
