abstract The present invention relates to a composition for improving cognition, preventing or treating dementia and hyperactivity disorder, comprising a baeja extract and praxine as an active ingredient, and in the present invention, a baeja extract and a praxin composition are induced by administration of Aβ (1-42) In the Alzheimer's dementia model and the APPswe/PS1dE9 double-expression Alzheimer's dementia model, it was found that it significantly improves cognitive memory and inhibits the formation of amyloid plaques, and the results are candidates for treatment of a combination of ovary extract and praxine for Alzheimer's disease. It can be seen that the combination of ovate extract and praxine can be used as a candidate for treatment of ADHD.
