Method for regulating the degradation of eukaryotic protein through N-terminal formylation |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for controlling the degradation of eukaryotic protein by inducing N-terminal formylation, a composition for quantitative analysis of an N-terminal formylation protein, an antibody for detection of an N-terminal formylation protein, and an N-terminal cell containing the antibody. It relates to a composition for detecting wheaten protein. The technology according to the present invention can be usefully used in the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic agents for stress-related chronic diseases that are difficult to diagnose and treat because the exact cause is not known. By avoiding all the degradation pathways of the protein, the production yield can be increased, and thus economical effects due to cost reduction can also be obtained. |
