abstract |
Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a light absorbing layer of a perovskite solar cell by applying a chemical vapor deposition method. The method of manufacturing the light absorption layer of a perovskite solar cell using a chemical vapor deposition method includes forming a PbIx thin film on a substrate by a chemical vapor deposition method, and methylamine and methylamine on the PbIx (1≦x≦2) thin film. Supplying an iodine (I) precursor, and forming a CH 3 NH 3 PbIx thin film having a perovskite structure through heat treatment. |
