titleOfInvention | Composite sheet for forming support sheet and protective film |
abstract | This support sheet is provided with a substrate, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on the substrate, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer side surface of the substrate is an uneven surface, and a test piece having a size of 3 mm x 3 mm is cut out from five places of the support sheet. When the minimum and maximum values of the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are obtained for each of the sheet test pieces, the average value of the minimum value is 1.5 µm or more, and the average value of the maximum value is 9 µm or less. The composite sheet for forming a protective film is provided with a film for forming a protective film on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in this supporting sheet. |
