abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a release film that has superior releasability than the prior art and can be preferably used for production of a flexible circuit board by an R to R method. The present invention is a release film having at least one release layer, wherein the release layer is a release film having a degree of crystallinity of 50% or more determined by a quadratic wide-angle X-ray diffraction method with an incident angle of 0.06°. |
