The present invention relates to a thin film patch used by attaching to the skin for skin treatment or skin care, and in particular, a water-soluble polymer compound having an average diameter of 5 μm or less by melt spinning, melt blowing, or electrospinning. A non-woven fabric is made, and the water-soluble non-woven fabric is coated with a coating agent containing an active ingredient having a skin treatment or skin care effect to form a thin film having a total thickness of 50 μm and a basis weight of 20 gsm or less. |
