abstract | [Problem] The present invention is a propylene-based resin composition capable of producing a film suitably usable as a high retort CPP, which is highly excellent in impact resistance at low temperatures and heat sealing strength after retort, as well as excellent rigidity and transparency, It is an object to provide a film and a laminate using the same, and a retort pouch. [Solution] The propylene resin composition of the present invention contains 75 to 95 mass% of a propylene-ethylene block copolymer (A) satisfying the following requirements (a-1) to (a-4), and a specific ethylene/α -It contains 5 to 25 mass% of olefin copolymer (B). (a-1) MFR is 2.0 to 8.0 g/10 min.
