The present invention relates to a sustained-release formulation for gastric retention and control of release of a drug, and more particularly, to a sustained-release formulation for gastric retention, which can control the release of a drug while floating/residing in the stomach immediately after administration. The present invention floats immediately upon contact with gastric juice without being affected by pH in the stomach, and drug release can be easily controlled by adjusting the content of the release controlling agent. Therefore, the present invention is a hypoacid patient, when taking before meals, when the pH of the gastric juice and the amount of gastric juice vary greatly depending on the diet, such as when the pH of the stomach is increased or the amount of gastric juice is insufficient. It stays in the stomach and can continuously release the active ingredient for a long time. |
