Ceramic balls and its manufacturing method |
abstract |
A preferred embodiment of the method of manufacturing an antibacterial ceramic ball based on zeolite according to the present invention includes: (a) a raw material preparation step of preparing a raw material by mixing zeolite powder and a subsidiary material into a ribbon mixer; (b) mixing the raw material and the antibacterial powder by using a screw feeder in a fixed amount into a high-speed mixer; (c) forming a mixture by mixing a certain amount of water with the mixed powder, and forming a molded body by granulating the mixture into a spherical shape using a disk-shaped molding apparatus; (d) a drying step of drying the granulated molded body to make the moisture content within 10%; (d) a firing step of firing the dried molded body at a temperature of 950 to 1050°C for 60 to 100 minutes; (e) a cooling step of cooling the fired molded body; (f) a screening step of sorting the cooled molded article by size using a screen; And (g) a packaging step of quantitatively packaging the selected molded article by size. |
