The present invention relates to human interleukin 15 (IL-15) variants, and methods of production thereof, for therapeutic and diagnostic use. In addition, the present invention provides a fusion protein comprising the human IL-15 variant. Also provided are methods of stimulating or suppressing an immune response in a mammal, and methods of treating disorders (eg, cancer) using an IL-15 variant or a fusion protein of the IL-15 variant. |
