abstract |
The present disclosure relates to oligonucleotides, compositions and methods useful for reducing CTNNB1 expression, particularly in hepatocytes, for the treatment of bile duct deficiency-associated conditions. Disclosed oligonucleotides for reduction of CTNNB1 expression can be double-stranded or single-stranded, and can be modified for improved characteristics such as stronger nuclease resistance and lower immunogenicity. The disclosed oligonucleotides for reduction of CTNNB1 expression may also include targeting ligands that target specific cells or organs, such as hepatocytes of the liver. |
