titleOfInvention Potential high bulk non-woven fabric, high bulk non-woven fabric and face mask
abstract [Problem] Since the nonwoven fabric of cellulose-based fibers conventionally used for face masks has a large settling when wet and becomes like paper, it is difficult to increase the amount of liquid retention. In addition, a nonwoven fabric containing a certain amount or more of acrylonitrile fibers can increase the amount of liquid retentive, but it has a problem in the feeling of wearing by feeling hard on the skin. An object of the present invention is to provide a nonwoven fabric that is soft even when wet and can feel a good fit when used in a face mask or the like. [Solution] A single-layer non-woven fabric containing 20 to 60% by weight of shrinkable acrylic fibers and 40 to 80% by weight of non-shrinkable fibers, characterized in that some non-shrinkable fibers are prominent on the surface and back of the non-woven fabric. High bulk non-woven fabric.
