titleOfInvention Touch sensor and display device having the same
abstract The touch sensor includes a base layer including a sensing region, a sensing electrode disposed on a sensing region of the base layer, a first insulating layer disposed on the sensing electrode, and disposed on the first insulating layer, and penetrates the first insulating layer. Thus, a conductive pattern connected to a part of the sensing electrode and a second insulating layer disposed on the first insulating layer to cover the conductive pattern are included. The first insulating layer and the second insulating layer each include an opening exposing a part of the sensing electrode.
