The present invention relates to a technique related to the ionization of silicon, and to a technique of organically ionizing silicon by using a tricarboxylic acid or a dicarboxylic acid and a water-soluble silicate. Due to this technology, it is possible to manufacture, manufacture, and supply products containing an organic silicon ion complex to various fields including food and pharmaceutical products including drinking water and beverages, including electrochemical fields. In particular, it is expected that various diseases due to lack of silicon minerals can be treated and prevented by organically supplying silicon, which does not exist as an ion in nature. |
