abstract | The present invention relates to 1-[5-(2-fluorophenyl)-1-(pyridin-3-ylsulfonyl)-1 H -pyrrol-3-yl] -N -methylmethanamine orotate, a method for preparing the same, and It relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. The bonofrazan orotate salt of the present invention is remarkably excellent in stability, hygroscopicity, and solubility, so that it can be formulated stably and has the advantage of long-term storage, so that gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, reflux esophagitis related to gastric acid secretion are treated or recurred. It can be usefully used as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for inhibition and sterilization aid of Helicobacter pylori. |
