abstract | The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating respiratory diseases by fine dust comprising a mixture of ginsenosides Rg2, Rg4, Rg6 and Rh1 enhanced ginsenoside Rg2 from ginsenoside Re as an active ingredient. The ginsenoside Rg2, Rg4, Rg6, and Rh1 mixture is compared to a single ginsenoside Rg4, Rg6 and Rh1, ginseng extract or red ginseng extract, in a model in which inflammatory reaction is induced by fine dust, decreases permeability, generates active oxygen (ROS) Since the effect of reducing, reducing the number of white blood cells, and reducing the amount of cytokine produced is excellent, it can be usefully used in the treatment of respiratory diseases induced by fine dust. |
