According to the present invention, a homogeneous polymer specimen having a small thickness deviation is prepared by an electrospray method using a mask to perform MALDI mass spectrometry, and at this time, the MALDI mass spectrum with reduced peak overlap due to the use of a monomolecular compound as an internal standard material. Can be obtained, from which more accurate relative quantitative analysis of the polymer can be performed.
