abstract In the propofol concentration measuring system and the propofol concentration measuring method using the same, the propofol concentration measuring system includes a measuring device and an analysis unit. The measuring device includes a conduit through which air breathed by the patient passes, and a sensing unit that measures a sensing signal from the exhaled air during breathing of the patient. The analysis unit analyzes the propofol concentration from the sensing signal. The conduit part includes a blocking frame extending along the conduit part and dividing a path through which exhalation passes and a path through which intake air passes. The sensing unit is opened only in a path through which the exhalation passes.
