titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of chipless rfid tag based on direct-printing of nano particles and carbon nano tubes mixture, and rfid tag manufactured by the same |
abstract | A method of manufacturing a flexible RFID tag and a flexible RFID tag manufactured thereby are disclosed. A composite nanomaterial that is a mixture of metal nanoparticles and carbon nanotubes is used as a raw material for printing. By controlling the pumping timing aerodynamically, the composite nanomaterial is aerosolized by excitation, and it is sprayed on the surface of the flexible substrate with good elasticity and bendability in the working chamber through a spray nozzle to print directly. Through this, it is possible to manufacture a flexible RFID tag on which a micro-scale conductor pattern is printed. This direct printing can be performed in a low pressure atmosphere and at room temperature without the use of solvents or resins. After direct printing, no separate chemical post-treatment or heat treatment is required. It is meaningful to increase its utility in various fields such as wearable devices by manufacturing flexible RFID tags. |
