The present disclosure relates to the formulation of aqueous suspensions of multiple target inhibitors. These agents can be administered topically to target tissues such as the eye and prostate, and what can be solved by the present disclosure is (1) injectable administration allowing direct delivery of multiple target inhibitors in the vicinity of the affected tissue. Provides an amount, (2) is compatible with the tissue at the site of administration, (3) forms a drug reservoir at the site of administration that allows continuous supply of the drug to the affected tissue, thus reducing the frequency of administration, and (4) the reservoir The rate of release of the drug from the affected tissue is to achieve exceeding the therapeutic level of the drug in the affected tissue, (5) have physicochemical properties suitable for clinical use, and (6) minimize the safety risk due to microbial contamination. So that it can be sterilized and (7) have a stability profile suitable for long-term storage and distribution. |
