titleOfInvention Catheter
abstract [Problem] Provide a catheter that can be easily inserted into the constriction while preventing the distorting of the distal end of the catheter even when it is inserted into a constriction such as a chronic completely occluded lesion. [Solution means] A catheter body 5 and a distal tip 3 fixed to the distal end of the catheter body 5 and made of a resin containing tungsten powder 2, and the distal tip 3 has a distal region (7) and the proximal end region 9 positioned on the proximal end side of the distal end region 7 were provided, and the hardness of the distal end region 7 was made higher than that of the proximal end region 9. Accordingly, by having the proximal end region 9 followability to medical devices that can be used in combination with a guide wire or the like, insertion into the constriction portion is improved, and the distal end portion is prevented from being crushed when inserted into the constriction portion.
