titleOfInvention Concentration Gradient Microfluidic Chip and Use Thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a concentration gradient microfluidic chip and its use, wherein the microfluidic chip of the present invention is capable of culturing and differentiating stem cells, forming and fixing neurospheres, and using a single chip for drug channels and culture media channels. Since the drug and the culture medium injected through the asymmetrically located drug injection port and the culture solution injection port move to the central channel and form a concentration gradient within the central channel through diffusion, it is possible to analyze the treatment effect of each concentration section of the therapeutic drug. In addition, the microfluidic chip of the present invention can be used for research on various neurological diseases related to neural stem cells, neurons, and neural networks, and can be used as a very useful tool in the field of drug screening related to neurological diseases.
