titleOfInvention |
Fusion proteins of natural human protein fragments to create orderly multimerized immunoglobulin fc compositions |
abstract |
The present invention includes a series of immunoglobulin Fc in a total recombinant multiplexed form by the presence of a multivalent immunoglobulin Fc against an immune cell receptor. Fusion proteins exist as homodimers and high-dimensional multimer fractions, so-called stramers. Compared to the homodimer fraction, purified multimeric stramers have high affinity and avidity for FcRs having a slow dissociation rate, and are useful for the treatment and prevention of diseases. The present invention demonstrates that IgG1 Fc portions that directly bind to the multiplexing domain improve multiplexing and biological activity. |
