Headlight and how it works |
abstract |
For example, the vehicle headlight 1 includes a pixellated structure for illuminating the optical far-field at the pixel level. The headlight includes a first semiconductor chip 31 and a second semiconductor chip 32 for generating light. Each of the first and second semiconductor chips 31 and 32 includes a plurality of pixels 33. The first optical means 41 is designed to deflect the light of the first semiconductor chip 31 to the base region B at a first image scale. The light from the second semiconductor chip 32 is deflected to the bright area P by the second image magnification through the second optical means 42. The second image magnification is 0.3 to 0.7 times the magnification of the first image, and as a result, the bright area P is smaller than the base area B. The bright area P is located inside the base area B. |
