The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing sweet potato sikhye and jocheong by malt method. In the present invention, 0.5 kg of malt was immersed in 4.5 liters of water at 60° C. for 1 hour, mixed with 5 kg of roasted sweet potato, crushed to make a porridge, saccharified at 60 to 65° C. for 5 hours, stirring occasionally, filtering with a cloth to remove the skin. It is a method for producing sikhye by malt method, characterized in that boiling for minutes. |
