abstract The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosis of lung cancer comprising a peptide nucleic acid (PNA) probe that is complementary to a lung cancer-related mutation. Specifically, the PNA probe of the present invention has superior selection efficiency for target genes compared to conventional DNA or RNA probes, and detects cfDNA (cell free DNA) present in small amounts in blood and as short fragments with high sensitivity and specificity. It is possible to diagnose cancer by improving the accuracy of diagnosis and monitoring using blood, and it can be usefully used for customized diagnosis through periodic drug reactivity monitoring.
