abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for predicting prognosis of liver cancer treatment based on blood cell-free DNA. The liver cancer prognosis prediction method according to the present invention uses Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) to improve the prognostic accuracy of liver cancer patients, as well as the prognostic accuracy based on a very low concentration of cell-free DNA that was difficult to detect. It can increase commercial utilization by increasing the value. Therefore, the method of the present invention is useful for determining the prognosis of patients with liver cancer. |
