| abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for gomchwi dumplings and a method for producing gomchwi dumplings comprising the same. More specifically, it is a composition for gomchwi dumplings consisting of 73 to 75 parts by weight of dumplings, 23 to 25 parts by weight of dumpling skin, and 0.5 to 4 parts by weight of functional ingredients. The manufacturing method is the pretreatment of Gomchwi raw materials, preparing unsaturated fatty acids, seaweed extract and fish collagen as functional ingredients, making dumplings by mixing raw and functional ingredients in Gomchwi, and mixing the raw ingredients of dumpling skin to make dumpling skin. It consists of a step of making a gomchwi dumpling and a step of making a gomchwi dumpling by putting a gomchwi dumpling inside the dumpling skin, and then steaming it to make a gomchwi dumpling. Gomchwi dumplings of the present invention contain ingredients that are good for the body of gomchwi, and functional ingredients of collagen peptide unsaturated fatty acid and seaweed extract, so that it can provide good gomchwi dumplings for the body. |
