abstract |
The present invention is a polymer external particles in the form of particles formed to be micro- or nano-sized to be absorbed to the dermal layer and filled with oil; Polymer inner particles in the form of particles provided in the plurality of outer polymer particles and filled with water; Biodegradable particles for transdermal permeation, characterized by including a hydrophilic active ingredient composed of hydrophilic cosmetic particles or hydrophilic therapeutic particles while being dissolved in water in the polymer inner particles, are provided, through which a hydrophilic therapeutic agent is transferred to the dermal layer. Transdermal permeation is possible so that it can be delivered, but it is biodegradable when it reaches the dermal layer. |
