abstract |
The present invention relates to a lipid-protein nanocomposite containing ginsenoside and its use, and by treating a positively charged protein to lipid nanoparticles containing ginsenoside, the optimal conditions for preparing a lipid-protein nanocomposite were identified. I did. In addition, as a result of confirming the skin delivery efficacy of ginsenoside using a lipid-protein nanocomposite containing ginsenoside prepared under the identified optimal conditions, the present invention confirmed that the skin residual amount of ginsenoside significantly increased.
